How long are my estimates valid?
Estimates are valid for 45 days from the day they are sent.
Where do I submit order requests?
Please submit all orders to orders@palmettodigitalsolutions.com with final art and purchase order.
Additional Information
- Always reference your estimate number when placing your order
- For repeat orders, please reference your most recent invoice number, including written confirmation that the art is unchanged
- Changes or additions made to an existing order may be subject to additional charges
- The delivery method must be defined for an order to be processed
Art Specifications
How should my print ready files be for submission?
Please submit print-ready PDFs at full size, 300 dpi, with 1/8″ bleeds.
Will PDS have access to my fonts in my file?
Unfortunately, there are thousands of fonts available on the web and we cannot download them all. Therefore, all fonts should either be outlined in the file or the font file should be sent over with the artwork.
Will PDS provide a proof of my project before printing?
Proofs can be provided, if requested, at $5.00 per art version.
Additional Information
- Include bleed beyond straight trim lines and/or contour trim lines
- Embed any images or include files for any linked images
- If your file has effects such as drop shadows, gradients, feathering, etc., please flatten your PDF prior to sending
Production Times
What is standard turn time for production?
Our standard turn time on projects is 5-7 business days, after receipt of all order specifications and FINAL APPROVED artwork.
Is production time any longer for very large projects?
Yes, larger quantity orders may require additional production days exceeding our normal 5-7 business day allotment.
What if I need my print project completed faster than the standard turn time?
If faster turn is required, check with us first for scheduling and additional costs required to accommodate this.
